| Incorporated in 1995, key Federation objectives
are to:
- Provide a voice for the industry upon which to
promote members interests.
- Maintain conditions which support the members
processing and product interests.
- Take account of all formative stages of the industry's
processes, products and derivative composites & elements,
from forestry through to final product disposal, including functions
and impacts of wood raw materials, timber sources, resins and
other chemical components.
- Lobby and maintain liaison with governmental
and other official bodies as necessary and to be represented on
or work with other influential associations and organisations.
